Swan has 2 queen beds, Dolphin has 2 full/double (both have rooms with just a king). I think I just tossed a coin because we chose Dolphin. I think I could get the room configuration I wanted at Dolphin. Both are good choices though- so much cheaper than their neighbors.

I personally prefer the Swan to the Dolphin but others in my family do the Dolphin more than the Swan. I like the smaller resort of the Swan but the better food options are at the Dolphin.
